**Essex County Council (ECC) are delighted to be supporting Drury Healthcare LTD to recruit Health Care Assistant for their care agency covering the Clacton and Tendring area.**

**The shift patterns vary with both full time and part time hours available and will require day, evening and weekend working. Shift times can be discussed at interview stage.**

Drury Healthcare Ltd are an Elmstead based care agency, focused on delivering quality care to our service users in their own homes and in community in the Colchester and Tendring area. We are a new and innovative care provider, and we aim to provide thehighest quality of care to our service users which fully respects their needs, wishes and preferences. We strive to continually improve and develop the quality of our staff by robust recruitment with a focus on training and development.

Due to expansion, we have several opportunities for you to join our company that has a service user and staff focus as a Health Care Assistant covering the Clacton and Tendring area. We are now looking to expand our friendly team, with experienced care staff.The Health Care Assistant role involves personal care, medication, shopping, support in the community and reablement care.
