**rTriibe are recruiting a teaching assistant to add to our support team, to work on a long term basis with our partner secondary school in Long Eaton to work, 5 days a week from Monday to Friday**

**This is an excellent oppourtunity to secure a permanent role for the right applicant as this opportunity will lead to you joining the school on a permanent contract after a certain period of time**

Our partner school is a friendly and inspiring place to work that is set in the heart of the community, we are searching for a teaching assistant with experience in the classroom with an enthusiastic approach to supporting children.

This role will appeal to a existing teaching assistant looking for a new challenge or newly qualified teacher looking to develop their own skills

We would also welcome applicants from a primary setting that are looking for a new challenge that are looking to transfer their skills into a new academic setting

**The ideal applicant -**
- Qualified - TA L2/L3, HLTA, CACHE L3 or equivalent qualifications.
- Experienced LSA who has worked in a primary, secondary or FE setting
- SEN and behaviour support experience
- Approachable and can naturally build up strong working relationships
- Committed - Can start immediately and reliable

**The role -**
- Provide support to pupils to ensure they reach their full potential
- Provide support to children with behavioural and emotional issues
- Assist class teacher with the effective delivery of the lesson
- In conjunction with class teacher track and monitor pupil progress

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm, Temporary contract, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £70.62-£80.00 per day

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Long Eaton, Derbyshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
