Pay: £90 - £100 per day
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
Start Date: November 2025

About the Role
Long Term Futures is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join Ofsted rated 'Good' secondary school based in Long Eaton.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young people with special educational needs to make a meaningful impact in a supportive environment. You'll play a vital role in helping students develop their confidence, independence and engagement in learning.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with SEN across a range of subjects.
Provide general classroom support to students.
Encourage participation and engagement with learning.
Support behaviour and emotional regulation through calm, positive approaches.
Work collaboratively with teachers to deliver tailored support.
Contribute to an inclusive and nurturing learning environment where every student feels valued.
About You
Previous experience supporting students with SEN or additional learning needs.
Patient, empathetic and consistent in supporting behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable, proactive and genuinely passionate about helping young people achieve their potential.
