**Job Description
HCA Healthcare UK is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Specialist Physiotherapist (Band 7 equivalent), to join their team at the Wellington Hospital, to manage a defined caseload of patients with complex needs. You will have variety and autonomy towork in service areas including but not limited to the oncology, surgical and medical wards.

**Responsibilities
- To provide clinical supervision and facilitate the learning and development of Senior 2 staff members and therapy assistants within the acute therapy service.
- To be responsible for the daily routine on allocated wards in conjunction with interdisciplinary team members and ensure physiotherapy responsibilities are met.
- To undertake comprehensive assessments of patients, including those with diverse or complexpathology/presentations using appropriate clinical reasoning skills, observation skills and manual assessment skills to provide an accurate physiotherapy diagnosisand understanding of their condition
- To network with leads of oncology service lines across HCA to ensure service delivery excellence.
- To participate in weekday and weekend emergency on call rotas.
- To support the physiotherapy service working flexibly across the working week.

**Skills & Experience**
- HCPC Registration
- Physiotherapy degree qualification
- Post registration clinical experience in medical and surgical oncology.
