**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and collect debts of company debtors
- Monitor debtor balances to ensure a reduction of debts
- Evaluate new credit requests, conduct credit checks and review customers’ credit rankings with banks
- Set up terms and conditions of credit
- Ensure timely payments of outstanding invoices by creating effective procedures
- Follow up payments as required
- Negotiate re-payment plans and resolve problems in relation to invoice payments
- Process and reconcile invoices
- Check and post receipts to accounting systems
- Preparation of statements, client status reports and all relevant information
- Reconcile month-end accounts
- Report to management on outstanding issues highlighting potential debtor issues
- Collect customer accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction, retention and loyalty
- Provide administrative support
- Commit to continual personal development, improvement and motivation through training, coaching and mentoring and engagement in performance reviews
- Communicate effectively with the Group Financial Controller, Office Manager and team
- Achieve job expectations and adhere to Company processes, policies and procedures to ensure productivity standards are met
- Identify any issues and report to the Group Financial Controller/ Office Manager at the earliest opportunity
- Develop professional and technical knowledge by attending training when required
- Participate and engage in team meetings
- Understand and adhere to Company policies and procedures to ensure a safe, secure and legal work environment
- Adhere to all rules and regulations including Health and Safety obligations, requirements and the reporting of accidents
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as shall from time to time be required by the Company, Managing Director, Group Financial Controller or Office Manager within the competency of the role and post holder

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £30,000.00 per year
