As a Procurement Assistant, you will work within the finance department raising purchase orders and answering queries. You will also work closely with other departments and liaise with our suppliers.

**Our focus has always been on connection and collaboration, which is why we offer hybrid working with the choice to work in our Liverpool office.**

**Requirements**:

- Experience of processing high volume of purchase orders.
- Ability to manage a heavy workload and conflicting demands, whilst consistently producing high-quality work to tight deadlines.
- Experience using Excel to create spreadsheets.
- Time management and prioritisation.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
- Strong methodical approach with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Communication skills (Written/Verbal).
- Team player, driven, and self-motivated.

**Desirable but not essential**:

- Technology & Telecoms procurement experience.
- Good knowledge of Great Plains accounting package (or equivalent).
