Business Support Administrator

What you'll be doing:
As our Business Support Administrator you will report into the Deputy General Manager and Retail Manager working as part of the Rangers catering team.
You will support venue colleagues and partners, to provide administrative support for all aspects of the event planning process as well as assisting the Venue Director with PA duties including but not limited to; diary management, travel booking and meeting minutes.
More about the role:
- Coordinate all internal meeting requirements
- Collate and process all internal billing
- Have ownership of Sales Log and support with debt recovery
- Assist the Venue Director and senior management in the co-ordination of meetings
- Update digital/print menus and tariffs for Rangers
- Manage current image bank and collate images from each event where appropriate
- Support Sales Team during periods of absence / holiday cover
- Attend weekly Operations meeting and take/distribute detailed notes
- Book travel arrangements for Venue Director
- Assist with any additional administration duties for the Rangers team when required
Who you are:
- A high level of influencing and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with team members and managing stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Excellent skill set (menu knowledge, technical organisation, time management)
- Understanding of production planning and optimising resources correctly
- Proven competence of using systems and / or technology to enhance the operation
- Builds relationships on integrity, respect and trust
- Passionate about food development and an eye for detail
- Self-motivated
- Highly confident and positive
- Proactive with a “can do” attitude.
- Experience in a similar administration role
- Some finance experience would be desirable
- Good computer literacy
- High level of accuracy
- Previous experience using Delphi - preferred but not essential
- Previous experience using Canva - preferred but not essential
- Knowledge/experience working in Food and Beverage market - preferred but not essential
