Customer Service Advisor

As a Customer Service Advisor (or Carepals Patient Advisor as well call you) youll be instrumental in guiding patients through their treatment journey at Care Fertility.
Youll provide support and guidance to our patients at every stage of their journey, arranging appointments, signposting to other Care services, raising quotations and invoices, taking payments, and sending patient treatment information.
Answering calls for the Care group and providing 121 Carepals Support Sessions for new patients, there is a strong customer service focus and you will provide a gold standard service.
As a Patient Advisor youll be a part of a great team who provide a positive link to our patients, and help them to create a family.
Previous customer service and/or sales through service experience is vital. Previous experience of working in a medical environment would be ideal as you will have a better understanding of the role but not necessary.
You have a strong understanding of delivering excellence for people (both written and verbal), with accuracy and in a timely fashion.
Excellent verbal and written communication are required as youll be dealing with people from all backgrounds and disciplines, making and taking calls, delivering a high-quality patient experience you will be acting as a Care Fertility ambassador in all of your interactions.
