Workshop Assistant

We are looking for an Workshop Assistant to join our small family agricultural engineering business.
The job entails working within the workshop and possibly out on site (farms) repairing and servicing a range of farm machinery and equipment. We specialise in diet feeders so a knowledge of these would be advantageous but not crucial.
The job would entail working alone and as part of a team. The work is primarily focused on machinery and equipment rather than tractors and telehandlers and entails diagnosing issues and then repairing.
There is also and element of welding and fabrication so the ability to weld desirable but not essential as training can be provided.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
