**Space Manager required - Leicestershire - 6 Month Contract**

Venn Group is currently recruiting for a **Space Manager** for a large organisation based in the Leicestershire area. The hourly rate will be around £26 to £29 per hour and will be a 6 Month Contract.

The role will involve:

- Undertake duties specifically pertinent to Property and Space Utilisation Services which would include communicating with all relevant stakeholders as directed by the department leads
- Responsible for providing factual data from occupation surveys taken across numerous properties to the Property and Space utilisation team to enable them to proactively manage the use of property while aligning to a longer-term vision
- Responsible for the management and control of the drawings database for all properties which will be aligned to the project priorities and be responsible for the communication, installation and delivery of the final reports
- Liaise with senior management and produce progress reports on the status of particular space related projects
- Record information on the latest drawings to highlight which services operate in which building or estate areas
- Provide drawing production support for the Property and Space Utilisation Team projects that are undertaken
