**As an Administrator with Blakedale, we offer**:
- The role is based on Buckshaw Village Park in a bright, spacious, modern and newly refurbished office. You will be part of a friendly team and will be joining a business that is a leader in its field, at a time of expansion and growth.
- Annual holidays - 23 days per year, plus 1 day for your birthday, plus 8 bank holidays
- Salary - between £24,500 & £25,500 PA
- Hours of work 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

**A day in the life as an Administrator -**
**Responsibilities Include**:
- Logging faults/breakdowns on our fleet management system and spreadsheets.
- Tracking progress of vehicles when they are in the garages and updating clients accordingly.
- Logging all updates on fleet management system.
- PMI scheduling adding other maintenance work onto bookings before expiry.
- Opening jobs for planned maintenance ahead of their arrival at the repairer.
- Chasing suppliers for compliance paperwork when not received in a timely manner, completing reminders.

- An ability to work well under pressure, with a keen eye for detail and an ability to use initiative.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- This role is perfect for a diligent, conscientious, and tenacious individual who will demonstrate a keen eye for detail. Their approach will be rigorous, and they will be able to demonstrate initiative as well as common sense.
