Engineering Manger

Overview:
Engineering Manager to join our team, to control all the Engineering resources within the sites of responsibility to ensure a provision of sufficient serviceable vehicles, to the required standard of reliability, presentation and condition for the operational requirements of the business. Must be willing to drive change through the use of technology and work from other depots as required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing the fleet and facilities, ensuring best in class standards
- Ensuring the team are motivated and engaged through positive leadership
- Maintaining the highest quality safety standards

Skills/Experience/Qualifications:

- Experience of operating heavy vehicle fleets with previous supervisory or management experience
- A good understanding of the regulatory requirements of the transport industry
- A willingness to learn, adapt and drive change at one of the industry’s leading bus and coach companies
