A new and exciting opportunity has opened within our Events and Incentives company based in a rural location in Stow on the Wold Gloucestershire.

We primarily offer a full range of event management services for a wide range of corporate and VIP clients. Our services include event management & production, venue finding, meetings and conference and incentive travel. We arrange marketing tools such as incentive schemes.

We are looking for someone to provide professional, efficient and high-quality administrative support within this a busy office.

Initially we are looking for someone to work 2-3 days a week and we can be flexible with the days/hours worked, potential to increase to full time if desired.

This is a varied role and every day may be different.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the Marketing Manager in producing marketing materials, mailshots and itineraries for VIP clients
- Assist with content creation for multiple social accounts, e-commerce & website
- Printing marketing material
- Assist the Events coordinator with event organisation
- Researching hotels/venues/restaurants, nationwide
- Chasing suppliers
- Inputting client/supplier/event data onto our CRM system
- Processing expenses and invoices
- Responsible for all outgoing post including recorded, specials, parcels & ordinary post.

**Requirements**:

- Experience using Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to manage workload
- Confident, articulate, and professional individual who can communicate well within a small team
- Strong organisational skills
- Previous experience working within an office environment
- Can work without constant supervision
- Effective multi tasker
- Flexible

**Desirable Experience**
- Experience in producing PDF documents
- Experience with Adobe design programmes and CRM systems
- Experience with Shopify, WordPress or other
- Basic proficiency in writing marketing materials & proofreading

(desirable but training will be given so not essential)

**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time, Full-time
Part-time hours: 15-30 per week

**Salary**: £10.00-£14.00 per hour
