**Introduction**

**The role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support both dayshift and nightshift teams, by ensuring smooth operations across all shifts.
- Ensure all public and designated communal areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Respond to service-user requests in a polite and courteous manner.
- Assist with late-night operational tasks such as mopping floors, replenishing stock, setting up breakfast service and completing basic laundry duties.
- Report any damage or maintenance issues to the appropriate team to ensure timely repairs.
- Adhere to health and safety and management guidelines to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Maintain the site’s safety and security by conducting regular patrols, and addressing any safety issues promptly.

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience in a hospitality, security, or housekeeping role is preferred, but not essential.
- Experience working night shifts is beneficial.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high standard of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Quick thinking and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to maintain a safe environment for guests.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Shift / Work Pattern**:

- 30 hours per week
- 3 days per week
- 10 hours per day

**Working Conditions**: This role requires standing for long periods, bending, and lifting, as well as a strong focus on health and safety standards.
