**Job Description**:
**Locations: UK, hybrid (min 1 day per week in the London office)**

**Reports to: Director, Commercial**

**A Quick Snapshot**

As a Commercial Account Executive with Conga, you’ll have the opportunity to sell mission critical and transformational projects of significant value. You’ll work closely with Sales Engineering, Business/Sales Development, Marketing, Transformation Specialists & customers. Core aspects of the role include creating a strong territory strategy, prospecting, aligning with RevOps, BusApps, IT, Legal, Sales & Operations executives.

**Why it’s big deal**

Conga's Commercial AE's guide prospective and existing customers through their evaluation of our growing solution set. You will design and execute new business, cross-sell and up-sell strategies to drive revenue within the general commercial segment. You will partner closely with Marketing and Customer Success to drive the growth and ensure the success of our customer base.

**Desire.** You are a dynamic, high-performing, and results-driven sales professional with a proven track record in Software sales.

**Communication**:You have the ability to articulate complex technology concepts to a technical and non-technical audience. You also have superb listening skills and you understand objections and overcome them by turning skeptics into enthusiastic new customers and brand ambassadors

**Strategic Mindset.** You will conduct deep discovery, align to multiple decision makers, build meaningful business relationships, develop and grow pipeline, provide value to customers.

**You will**:

- Effectively design and execute territory, account and opportunity plans to maximize revenue within assigned selling patch
- Successfully manage sales opportunities through all stages of the sales cycle, from prospecting to close to account growth
- Engage prospects and customers in dialogues related to business process and infrastructure growth, including their planned and potential needs
- Successfully leverage resources within the greater Conga team; Engage leadership to determine the strategy and methods to ensure success across the entire assigned market segment; Leverage our partner ecosystem to surround and grow deals
- Exceed monthly sales KPIs and quotas
- Execute detailed product presentations and web demonstrations of our software capabilities to C-level executives and decision makers
- Travel to territory for on-site meetings, QBRs, and industry events when needed
