**Brief job description**:
for Ecom Marketing Executive for our websites. The E-commerce works will be complete in 2 weeks for our Tea and Coffee Websites.

The role is positioned to drive the website visits and conversions for the FMCG products. The success is to connect a number of potential buyers from SMBs and Large organisations. To enable a pipeline of product sales in bulk unto containers. This will fit into the organisation in the Marketing team and enhance the online sales for the company.

**Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of**:
**Qualifications**:

- 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)

**Skills Required**:

- Enthusiastic of Digital Marketing and Direct Marketing.
- Campaign Management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills Expertise with Hubspot or similar marketing tool.
- Good knowledge of CRM tools, Google Ad words, LinkedIn and Social Media Marketing.

- Good time management skills, punctuality.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- Passionate & driven.
- Enthusiastic about digital, web & branding.
- Good communication skills.

- Source, plan, develop and deploy digital content across a variety of channels including your website and social media.
- Execute multi-channel digital campaigns using online platforms.
- Monitor and evaluate channel and campaign performance using different analytical tools.
- Adopt a test and learn approach to digital marketing activities, making recommendations for improvement.
