**Jackson Hogg is excited to be recruiting a Customer Care Advisor on a permanent basis for a fantastic client in Birtley.**

Working within a fasted paced 'customer first’ focused team, you will act as the first point of contact for Purmo Group Customer Services, by providing support to both internal and external customers. You will be expected to:

- Provide support and comprehensive product and service information to customers
- Build positive relationships with internal and external customers

Main Duties
- Accurately process customer orders in a timely fashion to meet export, warehouse and delivery cut off times.
- Assist customers in making purchasing decisions.
- Providing a focused and timely quotation service, including discounts and 'Specials’
- To support and investigate all Aftersales activities, including POD’s, invoice discrepancies, warranty claims and damages.
- Provide technical support for all products ranges.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
- To comply with all data protection regulations.
- Assist customers in making purchasing decisions
