We’re looking for a **Food & Beverage Assistant** to join the front-of-house team at _The Pass_, our Michelin-starred, tasting-menu-only restaurant.

This is a role for someone with sharp attention to detail, a warm and confident character, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. You’ll work closely with a small, dedicated team to create seamless, memorable dining experiences for every guest—every night.

Main Responsibilities
**Lots to do but lots of fun**

As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you'll play a key part in the smooth running of service. You'll be responsible for mise-en-place, ensuring the restaurant is fully prepared and perfectly presented ahead of each service. You'll support the front-of-house team throughout service, delivering dishes from the kitchen with precision and professionalism—helping create a seamless dining experience for every guest.

- Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Assistant or Waiter, ideally in a fine dining or luxury setting
- An appreciation for fine food and wine, and a desire to learn more
- Confident, clear communication skills - essential for working closely with both guests and your team
