We are actively seeking a **Food & Beverage Assistant** to help create happiness in amazing places by ensuring our guests receive a rapturous welcome whilst enjoying our dining experiences.
This exciting role is within our fine dining restaurant, The Pass, a true experience where our 30 covers are sat within the kitchen itself As we re-launch this wonderful restaurant we are looking to build a brand new team, why not come and be part of something special

Main Responsibilities
**Lots to do but lots of fun**
As a Food and Beverage Assistant you will be responsible for Mise-en-Place ensuring that restaurants have sufficient quantities of cutlery and crockery for service and making sure the restaurant is prepared to entertain our guests. During the course of service you will support and assist the restaurant team with the delivery of food from the kitchen to the appropriate section.

- A passion for pleasing to ensure our guests has a happy experience.
- Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Assistant / Waiter ideally gained in a similar environment.
- An interest, and appreciation of fine food & wine
- Confident communicator - important to liaise with your guests and your other team members.
