We are Homesure cleaners, a friendly, domestic home cleaning business based in Bordon. we pride ourselves in finding our cleaners, long term clients in and around the Hampshire, surrey and West Sussex areas

At Homesure Cleaners, we have built up a fantastic reputation offering high-quality domestic cleaning for our customers in Hampshire and the surrounding area. We currently have a waiting list of clients eager to start their domestic journey with Homesure Cleaners.

**What are we looking for?**

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team on a part/Full-time basis as an employed member of our team. After your training period, You will have your own clients which you will visit at the same time on the same day each week. You set your hours and days

Overtime is always available and the opportunity to increase hours is also an option. We are a growing company and can offer fantastic career progression for the right person.

Experience isn't necessary, however, an eye for detail, dedication and a drive to work is.

You must be able to drive and have access to your own car for this role.

**Pay and bonuses**

During your training period you will be paid £10.65/ hour.

Once you are a competent member of our team and ready to take the rains your pay will increase to £11. At Homesure we are very keen to reward hard work and loyalty, You will earn bonuses for completing deep cleans and larger scale jobs as well as benefit from being an employed member of staff, you will be entitled to holiday pay and all the other usual employed benefits.

You must be able to provide references for this role and all members of staff working for Homesure Cleaners will need to pass a DBS check before being allowed to work solo.

- Be able to clean to a high standard
- Pay attention to detail and take pride in your work
- Be an excellent communicator and be able to follow instructions
- You must be able to commit to the same time/ days each week
- Have impeccable timekeeping skills
- Have the utmost respect for clients, their home, and their property
- Due to the location of clients, a driving licence and own transport is essential
