Employed Domestic Cleaning Supervisor

**What are we looking for?**

We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team on a part/ Full-time basis as an employed cleaning supervisor.

As a supervisor you would be expected to support a small team in their roles as cleaners. You would be expected to train new members of staff along with the support of the office staff.

You would be expected to provide ongoing supervision to existing cleaners and monitor their standards. We would expect you to deal with low level issues amongst team members, and to cover or arrange cover for cleans at short notice along with the support of the office staff where staff sickness may occur - although this is a very rare occurrence at Homesure, we do have a small team of bank staff for these situations. You may be expected to attend new clients for quotes and the initial cleans and set the expectation for their ongoing journey with Homesure. You would be able to answer any questions they may have and settle them in with their regular cleaner.

You would be expected to attend larger scale jobs such as leading deep cleans and end of tenancy cleans alongside other departments in Homesure such as our Carpet cleaning team.
You would be reporting to our office manager and would be expected to have exceptional levels of communication.

For this role we would expect a minimum of at least 1 years cleaning experience and 1 years experience at a supervisor level. You must also be available Monday through Friday for this role. You must drive and have access to a vehicle you can use for this role as well as being based within a 10 mile radius of Bordon.

Our working hours are between 9am - 5.30 pm monday to friday, although we are initially hiring on a part time basis over 5 days as you learn the role, However, this role will develop into a full time role as the company grows (which is currently happening very rapidly)

As a supervisor, you will have our full support and we will be here every step of the way to provide you with ongoing training, office support and so much more

**Pay and bonuses**

During your training period you will be paid £11/ hour. once you are a competent member of our team and ready to take the rains your pay will increase to £13. At Homesure we are very keen to reward hard work and loyalty. You will earn bonuses for completing deep cleans and larger scale jobs as well as benefit from being an employed member of staff, you will be entitled to holiday pay and all the other usual employed benefits.

You must be able to provide references for this role and all members of staff working for Homesure Cleaners will need to pass a DBS check before being allowed to work solo.
