**New Opportunity - Complaints Coordinator**
Venn Group have a new opportunity for a Complaints Coordinator to join a large NHS Trust in London, please see below;
Location: Central London

Job Title: Complaints Coordinator

Duration: 3 months

Hours: 37.5 per week

Hourly rate: £31.38 PAYE including holiday pay / £35.08 via umbrella

WFH: Remote
To be responsible for reviewing and grading all complaints appropriately and where complaints which may be classified as serious untoward incidents to bring them to the attention of the Head of Patient Safety
To be responsible for raising complaints which raise issues of litigation or compensation to the attention of the Head of Patient Safety and/or the claims manager
To ensure that systems and processes for receiving, acknowledging, summarising, and sending out complaint responses are maintained and improved
To take responsibility for the logging summarising and entry onto Datix of complaints in a timely and efficient manner
To quality-check complaints responses prior to their release ensuring that responses address the complaint, have appropriate tone and content in line with the Trust’s and national guidance
To provide expertise in local resolution complaint meetings, ensuring arrangements are made to support the complainant ensure notes are captured and share with attendees. Ensure that any action points are noted and followed up with the complainant
Experience managing patient complaints in an NHS Trust
Experience using Datix
