Are you a Business Data Analyst looking for your next challenge? I have an exciting opportunity for you to join a global company as a Data Governance Consultant. My client is a global leader in digital transformation, and you would work within a collaborativeenvironment to inspire new ideas and deliver practical innovation.
As a member of the Digital Transformation Consulting (DTC) practice, you will operate within a fast-paced Consulting environment, comprised of more than 850 diverse and high performing experts worldwide. My client's teams work on challenging digital projectsthat deliver creative and innovative solutions across multiple industries and sectors.
**Responsibilities**
- Within the Insight Consulting practice, you will be helping clients across all industries to develop their long-term data strategy, the processes and operating model to govern data as a valuable asset and to build the foundation to exploit the excitingnew opportunities that advanced analytics, AI, big data and automation present.
- Their consultants work in a variety of projects to solve clients toughest data problems by combining industry experience, consulting and analytical skills with data management capabilities to create a lasting impact. Our projects and clients vary greatly,and your responsibility will differ slightly based on the focus of the client engagement and your skill sets.
- You'll build trusted relationships with business stakeholders - and use new technologies available - to create data-driven programmes that transform their organisations. Your advice will help clients position their organisations to succeed in an ever-evolvingmarketplace.
**Required**:
- Experience in the delivery of information governance and data strategies and appreciation of impact of business and cultural change
- Have a keen interest in data and experience of operating in a client or business facing role
- Business Analysis skills and experience such as process improvement, process and Operating Model design and requirements / information gathering techniques
- Work effectively within an inclusive team to achieve common goals
- Possess good problem solving and analytical skills
- Manage stakeholders using clear communications and be able to form strong client relationships
- Demonstrate an ability to think and address challenges in a creative manner
- Experience of working in project teams
**Desirable**:
- Demonstrate an understanding of Data Strategy and Governance principles and familiarity with processes, policies and any of the key technology vendor platforms
- Demonstrate knowledge of Data Quality Management, Metadata and Master Data Management principles
- Have experience with Data Governance Target Operating Model design
- Consulting experience,
- Working on client facing projects
- Experience of contributing to proposal writing, presentations and pre-sales activities
This role employs a remote working model with occasional work on client sites throughout the country.
