Jackson Hogg are delighted to be supporting a business based in South Tyneside with the appointment of an **Interim HR Advisor** on a 6 month fixed term contract.

You will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and the wider business buy providing strategic guidance and support on a wide range of HR matters, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations whilst promoting a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities of the HR Advisor role include:

- Providing professional advice and support to line managers across the whole ER spectrum
- Manage employee relations matters including investigations, disciplinary actions and conflict resolution
- Provide support with the coordination and delivery of recruitment and induction activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, fairness and consistency in all employment matters and impartial treatment of all employees
- Provide support to all colleagues at all levels regarding HR and employment legislative matters
- Support learning and development activities across the business, including development and delivery of HR related topics
- Support with the end-to-end processing of the payroll and record keeping
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: £36,400.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
