The Marketing Director / Brand Director / VP Marketing will have a blank canvas to create and develop the brand messaging and tone of voice of the business while ensuring the companies brand connects with individuals who are looking to have the greatest connectivityfor the best value, ensuring the successful product roll-out across the UK to meet growing national demands.
The Marketing Director / Brand Director / VP Marketing will lead a talented and hands-on marketing team of 3 and be responsible for the overall marketing strategy across all channels, leading to the acquisition of increasing numbers of customers.
The Marketing Director / Brand Director / VP Marketing will:

- Plan and execute acquisition campaigns.
- Build, lead and inspire a team to enable you to carry out your responsibilities (currently three talented specialists), working with external agencies as needed.
- Bring synergy between the commercial and consumer needs.
- Work closely with sales to provide active support to our sales team, including great sales messages, promotional offers and working on campaigns.
The Marketing Director / Brand Director / VP Marketing must have:

- Proven experience in B2C marketing with a focus on consumer acquisition
- Excellent analytic & communication skills
- he ability to be comfortable making decisions at pace with limited information and owning the results of these decisions.
- Strong brand strategy experience with either agency or in house
- Experience managing and developing a team
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and able to react quickly to changing business needs.
- Hands-on and a leader within the team
