Join our vibrant team at Novotel London Stansted as a **Hotel Receptionist **and let your warm and friendly personality shine through We are a bustling 4-star airport hotel and we are seeking a customer-oriented individual who loves creating memorable experiences for our guests. This is a full time position, offering 40 hours per week on a permanent contract.

**What you will be doing**:
You will be the welcoming face of our hotel, greeting guests with genuine warmth and hospitality as they arrive.

Effortlessly handle check-ins and check-outs, ensuring every detail is taken care of.

Delight guests by promptly addressing their questions, concerns and needs, always going the extra mile.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceed guest expectations.

Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.

**What we are looking for**:
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but we value a warm and friendly personality above all.

Your exceptional communication skills and genuine passion for connecting with people make you a natural fit for this role.

Stay cool under pressure and show off your organizational and multitasking skills in a fast paced environment.

Tech savvy? Great We're looking for someone who is confident using MS Office. Experience using OPERA would be fantastic but we can train you on this

Flexible availability including early and late shifts and weekends.

Bring your positive attitude and genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service to every guest.
