Hotel Receptionist

We are seeking a dynamic individual with fantastic customer service skills to provide an exceptional experience for our guests. As a busy 4* airport hotel, we are known for our outstanding hospitality and commitment to creating memorable stays.

**You will be responsible for**:
Greeting and welcoming all our guests and visitors to the hotel

Handling check-ins and check-outs and guest enquiries.

Managing reservations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Providing information about hotel facilities, services and the local area.

Collaborating with other departments.

**We are looking for**:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Previous experience in a customer facing role is preferred as you must be confident interacting with the public.

Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Confident PC skills, including MS Office. Experience using OPERA is advantageous.
