**rTriibe** are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Classroom Support Assistant working as a cover supervisor to join our team to support secondary schools in Hinckley and the surrounding areas, working on a supply basis working day to day and on a short/long term basis.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting teachers and pupils in their day-to-day learning activities, creating a positive and inclusive educational environment.

**The Role**:

- Assist teachers in the preparation and delivery of lessons, ensuring all necessary materials and resources are ready for use.
- Provide one-on-one support to students who may require additional assistance
- Supervise pupils during classroom activities, maintaining discipline and promoting positive behaviour.
- Support the integration of technology in the classroom, helping pupils navigate digital platforms
- Assist in the assessment and recording of pupil progress, providing feedback to teachers as required.
- Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities as directed by the school.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
- Can work at short notice
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
- A passion for education and a commitment to supporting pupil learning and development.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently, taking initiative when required.
- Proficiency in using technology and a willingness to learn and adapt to new digital tools and platforms
