**Contract hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM.**

**THE ROLE**
- Working closely with students who have SEND, providing tailored support to help them achieve their best.
- Assisting the classroom teacher in creating an inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and understood.
- Implementing EHCPs with creativity and dedication.
- Supporting students during lessons, small group work, and one-on-one sessions—think of yourself as their educational sidekick
- Helping to develop social skills and manage behaviour in a positive and nurturing way.

**YOU**
- Enhanced DBS check (because safety is our top priority).
- Previous experience in a school setting, particularly with SEND students (your experience is priceless).
- A kind, patient, and flexible attitude with a genuine passion for supporting SEND students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you’ll be working with lots of different people
- The ability to work well in a team and take initiative when needed.
- Knowledge of strategies and resources to support SEND students (bonus points if you can bring fresh ideas to the table).

Pay: £16,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
