Kitchen Porter

**Job Title**: Kitchen Assistant (Monday - Friday daytimes)

**Location**: Antrobus Arms, Northwich

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Competitive, depending on experience

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with food preparation and ensure all ingredients are ready for cooking.
- Support chefs and kitchen staff in maintaining a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.
- Wash dishes, pots, and utensils, and ensure kitchen cleanliness.
- Help with storage and organization of kitchen supplies and ingredients.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Assist with other kitchen tasks as required, including food service and clearing.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Good time management and attention to detail.
- Must be able to work day times Monday to Friday.
