**Responsibilities**
- Perform picking and packing of orders accurately to meet customer requirements for two online businesses.
- Assist in shipping and receiving processes, ensuring all goods are accounted for and properly documented.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
- Answer the telephone and deal with customer enquiries.
- Face to face customer interaction in small showroom and when collecting orders.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, with a focus on shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Ability to lift heavy items regularly as part of daily responsibilities.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to ensure accuracy in all tasks performed.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.79-£13.38 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
