Currently recruiting a role for a Financial Controller for our client based on the outskirts of Cambridge. This role will sit in one particular part of the business and provide support to the Managing Director while also being involved with the wider financegroup. You will work as a true business partner to prepare, develop and analyse key financial information to assist management and other stakeholders to make informed decisions. This role will have a couple of direct reports and sit on the SLT.
Key Responsibilities
- Weekly Cash Flow
- Monthly management accounts
- Reporting of Monthly financial data to Executive team
- Monthly reporting
- Budget & Quarterly Forecasting
- 5 Year Plan modelling
- Audit both Interim & Full Year
- R&D Tax Claim
You will be a qualified accountant CIMA /ACCA /ACA or equivalent and likely have experience working in a stand-a-lone role or independently within a larger group and are used to balancing requests from numerous areas. Experience working as a business partneris essential. Demonstrable working knowledge of IFRS and strong excel skills are also essential for this role.
