We are looking for a **Junior Estimator** to join the commercial team of an established and successful construction company with works in railway civil engineering.

**Responsibilities as a Junior Estimator**:

- You will provide advice on new tenders and raise documents appropriate for industry standards, information such as rate schedules and info on bill of quantities.
- Report to the Commercial Director and provide information as required
- You will review contract performance and budgets and attend site visits.
- You will also prepare valuations for any additional works.
- In addition, you will produce documents for tendering and work to HSQE standards as required in the rail environment.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years relevant experience in civil engineering or rail
- Pricing experience
- Experience with NEC, JCT, ECC and NWR contracts
- MS Office including Excel
- HNC/HND/Degree in Engineering (preferred)
