Our client are a leading specialist in building envelope, in particular, roofing and carry out more than £30 million worth of projects a year across the UK and Europe. Their work encompasses delivering waterproof industrial roofing and cladding aesthetics for both refurbishment and new build projects.

**Junior Estimator - Position Overview**
- To interpret and convert customer enquiries/specifications into accurate quotations in an efficient manner, in accordance with current policies
- Working together with internal staff to assist with the successful conversion of quotations into orders and maximise company profit
- To obtain and negotiate the best contract pricing from our suppliers
- Answering general customer enquiries; advising product availability, delivery dates, transport schedules, and product lead-times promptly and accurately
- Entering and maintaining information and contracts on the database, as well as corresponding with customers and the internal delivery team
- Liaising with the accounts department to keep customers within credit limits
- Being sole contact for customers
- Identifying possibilities of further/new sales with existing clients and meeting new clients

**Junior Estimator - Position Requirements**
- Experience of Estimating & Customer Service desirable
- Team player, but equally able to work independently
- Excellent telephone manner and communicative skills
- Organised and good attention to detail
- PC literate, with basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

**Junior Estimator - Position Remuneration**
- Salary of £28,000 to £30,000
- 8am-5pm
- Monday to Friday
- Progression opportunities
- Full training provided
- Work from home days available
