The brand is sold via our 4000 stores and a wide array of eCommerce platforms generating an annual turnover of £1.4 Billion. We launched the stunning upgraded London Flagship store last year in Mayfair London with rapidly growing Ecommerce business in the UK.

**Overview of the role**:
Bosideng are looking for a confident Ecommerce Assistant to play a valuable part in our UK team. The main role is to support the day-to-day sales and operations of our growing business in relation to the website and Amazon Eshop.

We are at the early stage of developing our E-Commerce team. You will work with a small in-house team and outsourced logistic company. It is for sure that E-Commerce will be our business focus going forward. Hence the role would particularly suit somebody who has moderate experience in E-Commerce and would like to contribute to and grow together with Bosideng business.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
Website and Amazon customer service and order fulfilment
- Response to customer queries and requests, inc. return requests
- Manage seamless fulfilment of orders to ensure everything is sent quickly and beautifully packaged

Website and Amazon Content Creation and Maintenance
- Work with headquarter to get relevant information and images
- Create, modify, and upload images and descriptions for listings, both on website and Amazon
- Troubleshoot any issues that may occur once listings are live
- Maintain and update website pages and products

Promotional Plan execution
- Implement the agreed promotional plan on website and Amazon

General Account Administration
- Create support cases with Amazon and Shopify
- Manage the replenishment sent to Amazon Fulfilment Centre

Ad hoc / administrative tasks
- Additional task and responsibilities as required.
- Stay up to date with best practices and relevant technologies.

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written are essential as are highly proficient organisational skills. We will require proficient IT skills to include MS Excel and MS Paint or other image editing skills such as using canva or Photoshop.

Education to a degree level would be beneficial but not essential.

Ideally we would like you have some working experience in either official transactional websites or 3rd party platforms such as Amazon, Ebay or ECommerce Agency which look after customers' websites. However, if you have not yet got the experience, do not worry. We can provide training.

In addition, Chinese speaking will be an bonus. Any experience in Paid advertisement (Google and/or facebook meta business suite) will be an bonus.

**Hours of work**:
Our approach to working hours is flexible and alongside considering working hours of Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm with 1-hour lunch break and half an hour working at home in the evenings between 7pm and 11pm and 2.5 hours to be worked from home over a weekend.

Pay: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
