Tree Tops Montessori Nursery is seeking a Nursery Administrator to join our team. Working part time between 30-35 hours per week Monday to Friday. As the Nursery Administrator you will play a vital role in the day-day running of the nursery and supporting our Nursery ethos "To provide outstanding care, everyday". Your roles and responsibilities as Nursery Administrator would include - Supporting the effective running on the nursery by being organised, and have the ability to plan and prioritise your work - Being positive, confident and honest - Having great initiative and a “can do” attitude - Knowing and upholding our policies, procedures and established working practices - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft IT programs and their usage including Excel, Word - Previous experience of working with Local Authority and their systems such as Grant Funding Portal would be an advantage **(desirable but not essential)** **Supporting the Setting** - To control nursery expenditure in line with budgets and nursery management accounts, updating spreadsheets to track expenses - To manage nursery invoices and payments and liase with the finance team. - Compliance with all statutory requirements and our policies and procedures - To complete the nurserys funding claim with the local authority and support our families with this process. - Handle new enqurieis and book visits of the nursery. - Use our nursery mangement system to add new families and send monthly invoices. **Working with Others** - Be a dedicated team player, and valuing the experience and skills of your colleagues.
