We are now looking for a friendly and engaging Night Guest Service Assistant to join Page8 Hotel, St. Martins Place, London.

Set in a prime location, right next to Trafalgar Square, Page8 is a design-led 138 room hotel inclusive of Page Common, part-bar and part coffeehouse. It provides the perfect spot for exploring all that London offers

**Key accountabilities**

As Night Guest Service Assistant, you will
- Meet, greet and direct guests in the lobby area. Aid and assist guests throughout their stay in a friendly and professional manner
- Complete daily guest services duties, including checking in, checking out, balancing revenue and ensuring guest information is kept up to date and is recorded
- Work closely with the housekeeping department in coordinating guest requests, assisting with lighter cleaning tasks and ensuring a sparkling and safe hotel
- Work closely with Page Common in coordinating guest orders, assisting with serving food and drink items and promoting a warm and friendly atmosphere in the lobby
- Typically work 12-hour shifts (8pm - 8am), 4 on 4 off

**As Night Guest Service Assistant, you will have**
- Previous experience working in Front Office, preferably within a hotel
- A professional appearance and manner, ability to multitask, take initiative and prioritise
- A desire to provide exceptional customer service
- A high sense of accountability with an ability to remain calm in all circumstances
- Good command of spoken English. Ability to speak additional languages is highly desirable, notably Cantonese or Mandarin
