We are currently recruiting for a Reporting Analyst to join our dynamic, growing team in Uxbridge.

The Reporting analyst will be involved in the entire reporting development life cycle from the capture of requirements to the subsequent development, testing and delivery.

They will also be responsible for producing both periodic and ad-hoc reports for both internal and external clients in a timely and accurate manner.

They will be required to contribute to the automation of periodic reporting and to produce and maintain detailed process documentation and report specifications.

The areas of work will include (but not be limited to): Working with complex Excel spread sheets, development of STAR schema, ETL process, SSRS reports, cubes, T-SQL code (DDL and DML), requirement documents, report specifications and procedure/process documentation,ownership of standard reports, to improve the speed and efficiency of the reporting process and to continuously improve the controls around them.

**As a Reporting Analyst, your key responsibilities will include**:

- Production and publishing of periodic external and internal reporting packs and ad hoc projects
- Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all reports
- Preparation and submission of regulatory reports
- Field ad-hoc report requests and data enquiries
- Gather and document reporting requirements from the business
- Documentation of internal production procedures
- Production of detailed report specifications
- Utilising advanced knowledge of Excel
- Development and amendment of reports using SSRS and SQL Server
- Development and maintenance of the data warehouse & ETL environment
- Continually automating and improving processes
- Work effectively in virtual, interdisciplinary teams
- Proactively and intelligently manage stakeholders at all levels
- Mentor and develop more junior staff within the team
- Establishing and maintaining appropriate internal control safeguards
- Interact with other managers to provide project management expertise
