We are currently partnering with this well known business in Uxbridge to recruit a part qualified Finance Analyst into the planning team. This role will play a crucial part in business partnering with other departments to produce budgets, forecasts and ensuretargets are met in the most efficient way. As a Finance Analyst your role will be to develop and maintain best in class models for revenue and cost forecasts, leveraging relationships from across the business; to understand variances from forecast/plan andreport on those to senior management. As well as excellent analytic and critical thinking skills you will need to be a team player with the ability to build cross-functional relationships.

**Key Accountabilities**:
- Development and maintenance of models for forecasting of revenue and costs
- Understanding of variances to plan, reporting to senior management and using to improve future forecasting
- Ad hoc reports and analysis
- Support for presentation preparation
- Support of other members of the FP&A team
- Business partnering with COEs and management team
- Liaison with country partners and shared services finance teams
