Are you an experienced relationship manager looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to join our team and provide support for a key group of partners by building and maintaining excellent working relationships. The main purposeof the role is to ensure the smooth running of the administrative side of their business and provide an excellent customer experience.

**Role Duties**:

- Build and maintain relationships with senior partners and stakeholders
- Hold regular governance calls and work with internal colleagues to ensure work is completed on time
- Own and track complex issues and non-standard enquiries.
- Utilise the skills of support staff to resolve client issues swiftly
- Be an additional contact point for month end/tax year and year end referrals

- Strong relationship management skills
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional handling and ownership of complex or technical issues
- Strong analytical skills and ability to provide process and customer experience improvements suggestions
- Committed to putting the partners first and providing an excellent customer experience
- Experience in the financial services industry
