**Job Overview**
We are seeking motivated graduates with their own car to join our dynamic team. The nature of our business is Property Management and construction. This role is ideal for individuals looking to kick-start their career while utilising their own vehicle for various tasks. As a graduate with your own car, you will have the flexibility to manage your schedule and contribute to our projects effectively.

**Duties**
- Travel to various locations as required for project-related tasks and meetings.
- Assist in the coordination of events and activities, ensuring all logistics are managed efficiently.
- Support team members in executing daily operations and administrative duties.
- Maintain accurate records of travel and project progress.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Must be a recent graduate or in the final stages of completing a degree.
- Possess a valid driving licence and access to a reliable car.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is advantageous but not essential.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain valuable experience while working flexibly within a supportive team environment.

Pay: £23,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
