We’re not looking for someone to fit into an existing mould - this is a new role and we want you to bring your ideas & have the autonomy to deliver marketing campaigns using your initiative and creativity.
**Overall purpose**:
The overall purpose of this role is to help City Hire grow market share across London, the South East, and North West regions.
**Top three goals**
- Develop & coordinate promotional marketing campaigns to database of leads
- Build and execute Account-Based Marketing programs
- Build City Hire’s brand across east London and the North West region
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Building a pipeline of warm leads for the sales team to convert to customers
- Overseeing & improving product content on the website
- Ensuring all depots and customer touch points have appropriate branding, messaging & are aligned
- Regular marketing campaigns to existing customer base promoting seasonal products & services
- Producing quality content in a timely manner, which fits with corporate guidelines, current marketing themes/campaign messages.
- Identify key trends and topics in the industry which City Hire can use for thought leadership. Ensure maximum relevance can be achieved with posts, comments and articles by being on topic, relevant to City Hire and quick response times.
Manage pipeline of leads on CRM
**Qualifications**:
- Full UK Driving License
- Any Marketing qualifications would be advantageous
**Experience**:
- At least two years of Marketing Experience
- Experience with customer communications
- CRM experience
**Skills**:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organisation and time managements skills
- Creative skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
