**Kentro Capital Ltd**consists of Nexus Underwriting Ltd, the largest independent specialty Managing General Agent (MGA) in the London market; and Xenia Broking a credit insurance and surety specialist broker.

Xenia Broking Group is seeking to hire an experienced generalist Regional People Experience Partner who will support all people activities for the Group Broking function, with a dual reporting line into the Director of Group People Experience and the CEOof Xenia Broking.

The role will be expected to roll-out all Kentro Group initiatives within the Regional Broking teams; and provide an all-round level of support to the teams including administration, recruitment, employee relations and development.

This is an exciting role for someone wanting experience of working in a stand-alone strategic position with direct influence to the Xenia Board and CEO but with the added support of the wider People Experience team and Group functions.

The role will include travelling to the other Xenia locations of Manchester, Birmingham, Sawbridgeworth and London on a regularly monthly basis, and will also include regular meetings with the wider People Experience team predominantly based in London.

The role will support in all aspects of HR, Recruitment, Reward and M&A activities. This is a role for someone willing to partner with a fast moving dynamic business and be part of its success on every level.

Required Skills, Qualifications and Knowledge
- Will be qualified to CIPD Level 5 as a minimum, or equivalent
- Ability to build trust by operating with integrity and professionalism
- Adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks within a high pressured environment, including working to tight deadline
- High attention to detail in producing a quality output, accurate record keeping
- 2-3 years’ experience of working at a similar level, although not necessarily in a stand-alone position
- Good understanding of employment law and how this can be applied commercially and in everyday practise
- Experience of working in Insurance, specifically Broking would be beneficial but not critical
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
