Sales Executive
£24k plus excellent OTE

About the role.

As we execute our plans to scale the business, naturally we're heavily investing in our sales teams right across the UK and are looking for experienced outbound Sales executives to join our Business Development teams to help generate new business opportunitiesfor Citation and play a crucial part in our growth journey.

The role involves contacting Managing Directors and Business Owners of SMEs to discuss our services and using your consultative sales approach and effective questioning techniques to arrange for them to meet with our field sales team.

You will be handling objections, building excellent rapport, understanding the client's needs and thinking on your feet.

We invest heavily in our CRM so that you can spend your time doing what you do best. Selling.

About you

You are an excellent B2B Salesperson. You are itching for the chance to earn more money and work for an ambitious, professional, supportive and friendly company where you have the chance to shine every day and have some fun along the way.

You have instinctive sales skills, the professionalism and personality to build instant rapport and develop great business relationships across the SME market. You understand the importance of building a pipeline and are able to vary your approach to suityour audience.

Likelihood is you will never have sold a similar product - that doesn't matter to us, all we need is your drive to succeed, we can fill in the blanks. You may well have picked up these skills in an account management, lead generation, software sales, recruitment,or a similar client interactive role, you might even come from a B2C background but you're itching to get rid of those weekend or evening shifts
