**Administrator/Receptionist**
Are you ready for an exciting opportunity? Join our team at Lincoln House, a 60-bed care home in Dereham. No two days are alike, and this role offers variety and a fast-paced environment. As an effective Administrator/Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors to the home.
We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
**Hours**:Offering 21 hours per week, including alternate weekends. Additional hours available on an ad-hoc basis to cover annual leave, sickness, etc.
**Key responsibilities**:
- You’ll greet visitors and and telephone enquirers with a friendly and courteous manner, creating a positive first impression.
- Check invoices received from Head Office promptly and ensure their timely distribution.
- Assist new residents with fee payments, maintaining accurate records.
- Maintain the Home’s petty cash, recording disbursements and handling reclaims.
- Liaise with approved suppliers for ordering and replenishing of stock, in line with Company procedures.
- Prepare and submit accurate payroll returns, covering hours worked, sickness, holidays, starters, and leavers.
- Provide clerical support to the General Manager, to include diary management, word processing, photocopying, filing etc.
