**The Role - Receptionist**:
As our receptionist, you will be the friendly face of the company, greeting visitors and inbound enquiries and then efficiently directing them to the correct department. You will manage various day to day aspects of the office and provide support to otherdepartments with administration duties.

**Key Responsibilities - Receptionist**:

- Greeting and welcoming visitors as first point of contact
- Answering, screening and forwarding telephone calls
- Handling inbound and outbound mail
- Managing stock and ordering of office supplies
- Managing office equipment
- Cleaning, organising and maintaining reception area
- Performing general administration duties as required
- Assisting our sales teams with data processing and research
- Making outbound calls to potential clients to check contact information

**Key attributes should include**:

- Polite, friendly and approachable personality
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Computer literate including Windows/Word/Excel/Outlook
- Adaptable and positive approach to a variety of tasks
- Excellent phone manner and written English
- Diligent and accurate with an eye for detail
