**Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm with 1-hour lunch break, Saturday rotation 8:00 am - 1:00 pm (1 in 3)**

Job Summary:
Join our team as a Service Administrator at our dynamic and customer-focused office. The role involves managing all aspects of service reception, handling customer inquiries, coordinating vehicle bookings, and providing administrative support to the service team. As a Service Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication with customers and supporting the service department.

**Duties**:

- Welcome customers to the centre and assist with their inquiries
- Manage telephone bookings and customer queries
- Coordinate vehicle bookings and repairs
- Provide administrative support to the service team
- Utilize QuickBooks for data entry and clerical tasks
- Maintain organized office systems using Google Suite
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ensure efficient data entry and organizational tasks

**Experience**:

- Proficiency in QuickBooks for data entry tasks
- Strong computer skills to computerize office processes
- Previous experience in clerical or administrative roles
- Familiarity with Google Suite for office tasks
- Excellent organizational skills for managing office operations
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately
- Professional phone etiquette for customer interactions
