**About the role**:
We are looking for an office based Customer Service Agent / Administrator for New Build housing works within the Hounslow & Feltham areas. The applicant needs to be a confident and bubbly Customer Service Agent and a reliable Administrator, preferably with experience within the construction industry.
You will be working as part of an incredibly hard-working team of driven and motivated professionals with your main aim being to co-ordinate all tenant communications, manage tenant expectations and support the Project Manager with coordination of works.
This will require many disciplines including excellent telephone skills, time management, exceptional organisational skills and being able to multi-task. Duties will include but are not limited to extensive tenant communications, both verbal and written, answering the telephone, booking appointments, sending post, arranging couriers, printing & binding project documents, general office administration and supporting the Office Manager. A typical day could include; registering complaints and facilitating resolutions as quickly as possible, meeting & greeting visitors and dealing with deliveries, requesting samples, raising purchase orders, chasing deliveries, data entry on to internal computer systems.
**This role will have the following focus**:
- Keeping accurate records of tenant communications and complaints (Excel is a mandatory requirement)
- Liaising with site personnel and tenants
- General ad-hoc administration, including answering the telephone, post
- Working closely with the Office Manager ensuring the smooth running of the office
About You:
To be successful in this role you will be IT literate and able to communicate confidently both written and orally with employees, customers, residents and subcontractors.
Attributes:
- Strong knowledge of Office IT Systems (including MS Office (Excel, Word), MS Outlook E-mail and Sage)
- Able to meet deadlines
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to multi-task is essential
- Professional telephone manner essential
- Proactive and can use own initiative and multitask in a busy workplace
- This person needs to be comfortable working in what is a predominantly male working environment
- Methodical with great attention to detail
- Good communication skills (internal, external, written & oral)
- Accuracy when inputting data
- Resilient & calm under pressure
- Be able to work both as part of a team and independently
- Experience of basic accounting (invoices & credits) would be useful - but data entry is key
- Experience of administration in a construction environment would be advantageous
**Salary & Benefits**
24 days holiday per annum (January
- December)
**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year
