We have an exciting new position in our growing recruitment team whereby you will focus on our new service recruitment and hot spots. Therefore, we require someone who is experienced working within volume recruitment with a can-do attitude that can think outside of the box. Your day to day will be varied as you'll be collaborating cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to identify recruitment needs and develop new ideas to ensure the sourcing of quality people be that new innovations or methods of direct sourcing.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Build relationships with key internal stakeholders to gain an understanding of service needs and recruitment requirements
- Advertise and promote job roles on multiple platforms, including social media sites
- Post activity with varied contents on social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn
- Work with our marketing partners to produce marketing material to promote ivolve, the Health and Social Care sector and our job opportunities
- Contribute to recruitment projects and change programmes in support of the teams objectives
**Skills and Experience**
- Minimum 1+ year experience working in a recruitment based role either internal or external
- Experience managing a high volume of vacancies
- Good organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workloads
- Strong communication skills
- Creative thinking
- Knowledge of GDPR is an advantage but not essential
- Experience working in the Health and Social Care sector is desirable

Your salary will depend on your experience, qualifications and responsibilities.
37.5 Hours per week, hybrid working of 2 days working from home & 3 days at Chesterfield HO
