**Vacancy Location**: Chesterfield, Derbyshire, S41 7SL (hybrid role with 3 office days)

**Shifts**: Full-time 37.5h hours per week (Monday to Friday - 9am till 5pm)

**Pay Rate**: £25,500 per annum

**Sponsorship**: We do not provide support for visa sponsorship

**Role Overview**
- Build relationships with our Service Managers to gain an understanding of their service needs and recruitment requirements.
- Advertise and promote job roles on multiple platforms, including social media sites.
- Post activity with varied contents on social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Work with our marketing partners to produce marketing material to promote ivolve, the Health & Social Care sector and our job opportunities.
- Contribute to recruitment projects and change programmes in support of the team’s objectives

We are looking for the following skills, knowledge and experience:

- Previous experience working in an internal recruitment role, an agency recruitment role or currently working in Care looking to move in to an office support function.
- Experience in managing a high-volume of vacancies.
- Good organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workloads.
- Strong communication skills.
- Creative thinker.
- Knowledge of GDPR is an advantage but not essential, as training and guidance will be provided.
- Experience working in the Health & Social Care sector is an advantage, but not essential
